Company Migrations
In order to transfer business accounts to our Servers, the following process of migration is followed. Contact Computer IT Solutions for a detailed explanation of this service.
Migration are performed in the following manner…
1. Email accounts are archived on our Servers
Without interruption to your email accounts, email data is duplicated, copied and kept on our Servers.
2. Forwarding records are created
A forwarding record is created for users added to our servers enabling them to receive messages from external users and those not yet transferred.
3. Transfer users
Users are connected one at a time. A folder named “MailStore” will appear containing all email data with folder structures in tact.
4. Finished
Once all users are transferred the old account can be terminated.
